Users of our services agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Verify Residence does not collect data or maintain databases, rather we provide authorized Users with access to unique proprietary databases that contain public and non-public background information for use by law enforcement, government agencies, school boards, law firms, private investigators, insurance companies and other qualified businesses. Access to these proprietary databases are designed to assist our customers in managing and identifying potential residence fraud and residence verification through fraud detection, fraud prevention, and data comparison, including:

Verify Residence makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the reliability or accuracy of either its service or data provided. Computerized data provided by Verify Residence and its data providers may contain errors, inaccuracies, incompleteness, false “no record” results and omissions, especially without User providing us with a date of birth or social security number for the Subject name being searched. User acknowledges that online data will be used for informational purposes only and shall not be relied on without independent verification, investigation, or from the originating data source and through one or more additional reliable third party sources. User acknowledges that all data received from Verify Residence is in “AS IS” condition and shall be used at the sole risk of the User. User agrees and acknowledges that it shall have no legal or financial recourse against Verify Residence, its officers, directors, employees or data providers for defective, missing, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate data. Neither Verify Residence, its officers, directors, and employees nor any third party data provider to Verify Residence shall be liable to User for any loss or claim arising from User’s use of Verify Residence data. If not withstanding the foregoing, if liability can still be assigned to Verify Residence, its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers by an appropriate court of law, or other governing body, then Verify Residence’s (and related parties) maximum liability shall never exceed $25.00 (Twenty Five Dollars) regardless of nature, size or scope of claim. Further, User agrees to not seek punitive damages against Verify Residence, its officers, directors, employees and third-party data providers under any circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if punitive damages can still be assigned to Verify Residence, its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers by an appropriate court of law, or other governing body, then Verify Residence’s (and related parties) maximum punitive damages shall never exceed $25.00 (Twenty Five Dollars) regardless of nature, size or scope of claim. User agrees and accepts that Verify Residence nor its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers shall not be held liable to User or any third-parties for any direct, incidental, or indirect claims or damages arising out of use of data.
In using the information or data provided, User agrees that access and usage of the data provided shall only be used for informational purposes in the attempt to confirm a subject’s residence, identify potential residence fraud, residence fraud prevention, and develop any and all available information with regard to identifying addresses associated with a subject. Any address provided to User resulting from a database search represents the results of aggregated data provided by scores of data providers and in no way confirms the current address or domicile address for the person searched. The only way a subject’s address or domicile can be confirmed or denied is with actual investigation.
No customer, person, entity or User shall sell, give or receive for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any portion of the information or data provided herein, nor may they use the information in a manner that is in violation of any federal, state or local law or regulation.
Anchor Investigative Services LLC t/a Verify Residence and Verify Residence.com is licensed as a private detective agency in the State of New Jersey by the New Jersey State Police. Any offer to provide investigative services is only offered in New Jersey. Clients requesting investigative services in other states will be referred to a licensed private investigator in the requested state.
Verify Residence provides users with access to public information and other proprietary data to authorized Users for the purpose of attempting to verify or develop new addresses associated with an individual. The information that Verify Residence makes available to its customers is based on:
1. Public record information obtained directly from governmental entities or from reputable third parties who have compiled public record information from governmental agencies.
2. Publicly available information obtained from sources such as published telephone directories.
3. Certain non-public information. Access to non-public information is strictly limited to law enforcement, government agencies, school boards, law firms, private investigators, insurance companies and other qualified businesses.
User information provide to Verify Residence is held in the strictest of confidence and never sold to any third parties. Verify Residence maintains physical and electronic systems to protect information provided by Users from unauthorized access and persons who may exceed their authorization.
Verify Residence offers its Users access to a variety of public records databases (such as real estate filings and court documents) and publicly available information (such as published telephone directories). Because these records do not contain a unique identifier such as Social Security number, it is impossible for Verify Residence to determine with any certainty what records relate to a particular individual. Unlike consumer credit reporting agencies, Verify Residence does not access, compile, or disclose any personal credit report or other report on particular individuals because we cannot match particular records to particular individuals.
Verify Residence has implemented multiple security defenses to ensure protection of all data submitted by Users to conduct database searches. Verify Residence does not sell or provide outside sources with any provided information other than to the proprietary data search provider utilized to conduct the requested searches.
